During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times (after production):
- U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 7-12 business days (production + shipping)
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $90.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Free My City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
