Every piece is made to order. Because of that, we ask that you choose carefully before placing your orders.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind

All sales are considered final. Please review sizing carefully before ordering. 

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking).

• Order number 
• Clear photo of the issue

 If approved, we'll replace the item at no cost. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, place a new order. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-14 business days 

Shipping
Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer unless the items is damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items and promotional purchases are final.
